Frank Randall

Picture1English-born historian in the 20th century, an MI6 officer during WWII and looking forward to a new career at University of Oxford. He is married to Claire Beauchamp Randall. He traces his lineage back to Jonathan Randall (Black Jack Randall), an English officer involved with the Jacobite Rising in 1745, and Mary Hawkins. Frank is a trained officer, who was recruited by MI6 and ran covert operations during WWII.

After the war was over, he takes Claire to Scotland for a second honeymoon to rekindle their relationship.

Although he is very interested in history – has a passion for it, his personal genealogy – and spends a great deal of time during their honeymoon doing research, he does love Claire.

He is her first love.

In researching his lineage, he discloses Scottish information to Claire as it relates to his ancestry – The Jacobite Rebellion and Black Jack Randall – that will aid her when she travels back to the 1700s.

He doesn’t know what happened to Claire or where she is.
