Speaking about the author, he said: “She was watching the rushes, she watched pretty much daily, which can be terrifying — you see an email in your inbox from the day before and she’s like “what are you doing?” or “that’s great, I really enjoyed it’.”
“It’s great to have that feedback because on TV or film you don’t really get that, so it’s nice to have an audience member there who knows the show inside out. It’s really rewarding to have her on board and she’s a great sounding board for expanding ideas.”
