There will be some pain to experience in Outlander S3, as both Jamie (Sam Heughan) and Claire (Caitriona Balfe) will be spending some time apart. Executive Producer Ronald Moore teased details about what they have planned for the two main characters in the first few episodes, and also talked about Brianna (Sophie Skelton) and Roger (Richard Rankin).

“The way we’ve structured the season allows you to experience both [Jamie and Claire’s lives] at the same time,” Moore told TV Guide. So, the fans can expect the episode to keep shifting timelines, showing what the two main characters experience in their time of separation.
