Peacock is bringing back The Best Man with a new spinoff series, The Best Man: Final Chapters. The 10-episode limited series, which comes from Malcolm D. Lee and Dayna Lynne North, will reunite the cast of the original films, including Morris Chestnut, Melissa De Sousa, Taye Diggs, Regina Hall, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Nia Long and Harold Perrineau.
Based on both Lee’s The Best Man and The Best Man Holiday, the new series will reintroduce viewers to Harper, Robyn, Jordan, Lance, Quentin, Shelby, Candace, and Murch.
Final Chapters catches up with the crew “as relationships evolve and past grievances resurface in the unpredictable stages of midlife crisis meets midlife renaissance,” Peacock shared in a press release today.
