“Bridgerton” director Tom Verica walks us through working with multiple departments to film the perfect scene.

As we’ve seen throughout our Bridgerton video series, Anthony and Edwina’s wedding in the second season of the Netflix hit is a major set piece with much at stake for our main characters.

“A sequence like the wedding is a huge undertaking,” says Tom Verica, the director of episode six.

In this video, Verica takes us through his process of working with multiple departments, including the writer, the production designer, props, locations, costumes, the assistant directors, and, of course, the actors, to bring this gorgeous and significant scene to life.
